hylafaxBackup is a software to backup all your data from any hylafax and avantfax installations. It offers the option to backup on the network to a ftp server, or to file system. It could copy all data to an external device (like an hd or a pendrive) or a samba network folder. When a disaster occurs, it's possible to restore all the fax and db data. Nothing will be lost. hylafaxBackup also offers statistics for your server, it shows charts about amount of fax received and sender infos.

What to expect

Installation and support will be done remotely via SSH (Secure Shell). A standard install will include the ability to configure user access, send and receive fax, route fax to email, and view them online. You will be asked to test each and every aspect of the installation, and advice will be given on how to allow client software to send outbound faxes via the server.

What we need to begin

All we'll need from you to begin work is a description of your requirements, and login details for your server. You'll be asked to complete and return a form authorizing us to do the work, and we'll need a major credit card that will be pre-authorized for the fee (you will not be charged until the work is complete).

Fax server, network appliance

We also build and sell a fax server with all needed hardware and software required to start send and receive hundreds of fax a day. All the softwares are configured and ready to use, it's needed only to plug the power cable and the telco line. Don't need to plug any keyboard or mouse. It's an autonomous system, called network appliance and it works just like your router or your pbx. All the startup configuration is done by web browser from any other pc.
